Order Fulfillment
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping
We ship all orders through USPS or UPS, depending on your selected method and location. Shipping times vary based on your region and chosen carrier.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Warm weather policy:
During the warm summer months, we limit shipments to Mondays and Tuesdays only to help prevent heat-related damage during transit. As we are located in South Florida, we take extra precautions to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition despite the high temperatures.
Please note that certain items may be temporarily unavailable during these months if they are particularly heat-sensitive. Product availability will be clearly indicated on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Eligible damaged goods may be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
